Balsam Lane Cottage is a full house keeping cottage located on the north east side of Solberg Lake just west of Phillips, WI.
Solberg Lake is just about a 1000 acer lake with good fishing all year, including Ice Fishing.
You have a beautiful view from the cottage and from every point of the land.
Including in your rental of Balsam Lane Cottage you have the use of a Fishing Boat.
On shore is a fire pit and up close to the cottage you have a picnic table and a gas grill for grilling those fish you caught.
Balsam Lane Cottage has two good size bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with a double size bed. The bathroom is also an ample size, plenty of room to move around in.
The Kitchen/Living room area is a gracious 16' x 16' in size. It's been designed as a "full house keeping" cottage with all the comforts of home. For your enjoyment there is a 27" TV with a large selection of DirecTV programming to watch.
On those Hot summer nights you can rest comfortable and get a good night sleep with the central air-conditioning.
Balsam Lane Cottage is open all year and we rent by the week during June, July & Aug. All other times of the year we accept a minimum of 2 night stay.
Rates are:
$495 per week with a deposit of $100
$85 per night with a two night minimum.
